Willa Mae (Penny) Williams-Owens fell asleep in death July 25, surrounded by her family. Lifelong resident of Gainesville, Fl. Willa was the daughter of the late Oscar Sr. and Equilla Stephens. She will be dearly missed by her husband, Jeffery Owens, 3 Daughters Nikkita (Curtis) Robinson of Gainesville, Fl., Jeffi (Alfonso) Allen of Orlando Fl., and Penne Williams of Gainesville, Fl. A host loving relative and friends.
