Rarecues, was Born to Robert Lee Perry and the late Keya McNeil on November 23, 1990, in Gainesville, Florida.  He attended Alachua County Public Schools, he briefly owned and operated his own business (Chewy Detailing) he had so many more dreams to fulfill, writing a book about his life story, and owning a farm. At the time of his passing Rarecues was employed at Westcoast Seafood.

Rarecues, affectionately known as ( Rico, Big Reek, or Chewy) was the life of the party and didn’t mind getting on the dance floor. He truly loved his children and his family more than words can say.

Rarecues, was preceded in death by Mother - Keya McNeil  Maternal great Grandmothers  - Edna Mae Brown & Gennie McNeil , Paternal - Grandfather - Freddie Lewis, Maternal Grandfather & Grandfather - Johnny McNeil & Barbara Jean Brown, Uncles - James Perry, Jeffery McNeil, Albert Watson, Murphy Brockington,  & Quincy Perry, and Niece - Ava Perry.
