Leroy Kenneth Johnson

Kenny Johnson was born on March 27, 1960, to the late Rev. Leroy Johnson and Florencia Burton Johnson in Ocala, FL, and was also raised by Irma Lee Johnson, step-mother.

 Kenny transcended to heaven after a battle with cancer on September 29, 2026, in Ocala, FL.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Florencia Burton Johnson; his father, Rev. Leroy Johnson; his stepmother, Irma Lee Johnson; and his brother, Eric Stanley Johnson. Kenny leaves to cherish his memory, his brothers: Roosevelt Chandler (wife, Zina Chandler), Rickie Johnson (wife, Leslie Johnson), Bruce Welch (wife, Karla Welch), Kerman Williams, and Larry Johnson (wife, Darnitha Johnson); two sisters, Bonnie Reynolds and Cheryl Johnson. He also leaves a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and sorrowing friends who will forever cherish the memories of him.
