Geraldine Walker was born on July 28, 1953, in Crystal River, Florida, to the late Panzina Wright and Robert Haywood. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and a beautiful soul whose presence brought light to everyone who knew her.

She leaves to cherish in her memory her three children: Travis Haywood (DeAnn Haywood), Demetrius Canley, Jamesha Walker, and stepson Junior Canley (Sherry Canley). She also leaves to cherish her siblings: Rozina Brooks (Booker T. Brooks), Paula Nelson, Carol Nelson, Dalida McCullough, Lamar Wright, and Ronald Nelson. She also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Her warmth, strength, teachings, and smile will forever live on in the hearts of all who loved her. John 3:3-7
