Deacon Phillip Penny
Mr. Phillip Penny of Williston (Raleigh), Florida, a devoted servant of God and a faithful Deacon of Word of Faith Deliverance Church, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2025, at the age of 83.
He is survived by his wife, Ethel Roe Penny; 4 daughters- Arlene Williams (Ricky Sr.), Sheila Penny, Denita Robinson Drew (Darryl), and Shirley Robinson; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
